We provide full-service marketing support tailored to your needs. Each engagement is outlined in a

custom proposal or contract.

2. Client Commitments

You agree to:

- Share relevant info and approvals promptly.

- Ensure all assets you provide are licensed or owned.

3. Payments

Invoices are due within 30 days.

Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.

Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property

You own the final work after full payment.

We retain rights to tools and templates we developed.

We may showcase work in our portfolio unless requested not to.

5. Cancellation

Either party can terminate with 30 days' notice.

All completed work will be billed and must be paid in full.

Fixed-term contracts may include cancellation fees.

6. Confidentiality

We both agree to keep sensitive information confidential.

7. Guarantees

We cannot guarantee specific marketing outcomes but commit to ethical and strategic best

practices.

8. Liability

Were not liable for indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to payments made in the past

3 months.
